1. License
This software is sold as a perpetual license for one Windows device.

2. Free trial
The unlicensed version processes the first five images in each Excel file. Trial output is not watermarked. Users should confirm compatibility with their own files before purchasing.

3. Updates
After purchase, compatibility fixes, improvements, and version updates are provided at no additional charge while this product remains actively developed and maintained. If maintenance ends, customers may continue using versions they have already received.

4. Device transfer
One personal license may be active on one device at a time. A free device transfer may be requested 30 days after the most recent activation or transfer. Special circumstances may be handled through customer support.

5. Restrictions
Without written permission, you may not resell, rent, publicly share, crack, alter the licensing mechanism, or distribute this software or its license codes in bulk.

6. Local processing and backups
Excel files are processed locally and are not intentionally uploaded. The software creates a separate output file by default, but users should still back up original files before processing.

7. Risk and liability
Reasonable care has been taken to preserve file structure, but compatibility with every encrypted, damaged, unusual, or third-party-generated Excel file is not guaranteed. Users should test copies with the free version first.

8. Termination
The license may terminate upon a serious breach of this agreement.

9. Acceptance
Installing, activating, or using the software constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
