1. Excel files and images are processed locally. The software does not intentionally upload user files.
2. The software reads the computer name, network adapter identifier, operating system, and device architecture, then derives a device code locally for single-device licensing. The software does not upload the original identifiers.
3. The license token and device code are stored locally on the user's computer.
4. If an error occurs, the software creates a local log. A log may contain the system version, error details, and related file paths, but it is not uploaded automatically.
5. Information is sent to customer support only when the user actively submits a log or file by email. Users should remove information they do not wish to share before sending it.
6. Users may delete local license data and logs. Deleting license data may require reactivation.
7. This notice applies to version 1.x and subsequent free updates. It will be revised if processing practices materially change.
